Nick Cannon is expanding his family, barely a month after the birth of his son, Legendary.
Cannon confirmed his ninth child and third with the model in an Instagram video aired on Wednesday.
“Time Stopped and This Happened,” he captioned the lengthy video of the couple cuddling and playing with their 5-year-old son Golden and 1-year-old daughter Powerful.
Cannon also used the hashtags “Sunshine” and “SonRISE” in the picture, which might indicate that the couple is expecting another boy.
The actor held Bell’s stomach throughout the film as they donned in a series of matching clothes. Golden and Powerful joined them, and the foursome took some pregnant photos together.
Cannon’s spokeswoman did not immediately reply to TODAY’s request for comment.
Cannon said in June that he intended to have more children during the rest of the year.
“Let’s put it this way…. the stork is on the way,” the 41-year-old stated on an edition of the “Lip Service” podcast.
When asked about rumors that he might have three children in 2022, he remarked, “I don’t know, it may be.”
He’s coming closer to that figure. In July, model Bre Tiesi announced on Instagram that she and Cannon had given birth to a boy, Legendary Love.
“I finished it. “A completely natural, unmedicated home delivery,” she captioned photographs of the star cradling his eighth kid and reassuring Tiesi.
“This experience has changed me forever, and I couldn’t (have) hoped for a more loving and supportive spouse,” she said. Daddy put on a performance for us. I couldn’t have done it without your help. I can’t believe he’s finally arrived.”
“You never stop to surprise me!!” Cannon commented in the comments. Passion, drive, focus, brilliance, and, above all, love!!! I am honored and delighted to share this magnificent miracle with you! Thank you for bestowing the greatest gift on another human being. My love will be eternally grateful.”
Legendary already has an Instagram account, where he posts pictures of himself resting and cuddling with his parents.
In a June interview with Men’s Health, Cannon discussed having children with various women.
“Contrary to common assumption, I’m probably more engaged throughout my children’s days than the average adult,” he stated at the time. “If I’m not in the same city as my kids, I chat to them before they leave to school via FaceTime and other means.” And then when I’m taking my kids to school (in the same city), I make sure I pick them up. All of that, as well as ensuring that I am there for all extracurricular activities.”
The presenter of “The Masked Singer” also stated that he is “engaged in everything.”
Cannon has 11-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe, whom he shares with ex-wife Mariah Carey, in addition to his children with Bell and Tiesi. He is also the father to 1-year-old twins Zion and Zillion, who he shares with Abby De La Rosa, who is presently pregnant. De La Rosa has not yet revealed the name of her unborn child’s father.
Zen, Cannon and Alyssa Scott’s 5-month-old baby, died in December 2021 after being diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor.
